For the past two Christmases, I decided to put my health first (with a few grace days built in to enjoy the goodies) and I rolled into 2017 and 2018 feeling amazing! So far this Christmas, making good food choices has been a struggle for me. I am ready to get back on track. So let’s do this!! Choose a goal to work toward for the next 22 days and when 2019 comes around, you’ll be so glad you did.
